A hard-working, dedicated project and account manager living in Boston, MA. Originaly from midcoast Maine; My career consists of mulit-client management over a diverse platform of companies. As the Account Manager at our New Balance (“NB”) site, Rylan worked to develop relationships with the clients and to develop relationships with outside print vendors to offer an outsource production solution to her clients that has proven competitive with the existing vendors NB uses. As a result, the outsource production revenue for the site has grown substantially through 2010. Additionally, Rylan worked closely with the new regional Williams Lea print vendor, Alliance, as our region has started to develop print as an offering to clients at small volume levels. The result of Rylan’s efforts was the awarding of 2011 New Balance Apparel catalog to Alliance through Williams Lea. This work is positioning Williams Lea to discuss our Marketing Solution offering to the client. Rylan has developed contacts in the CEO’s office and is working to get a meeting with the CEO to discuss our offerings.
Rylan has shown incredible leadership and business development ability to grow the site, gain the client’s trust, and develop Williams Lea as a viable alternative in print for her client contact.
